Welcome to Dreams 3D Print! By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they govern your use of our services and products.

1. General Terms

• By accessing our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our services.

• All content on our website, including images, designs, and text, is the property of Dreams 3D Print and may not be used without our explicit permission.

2. Orders and Production

• Once an order is placed, production begins immediately. For custom and personalized products, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement.

• Production timelines vary based on product type: single color and gradient color products (up to 40 inches) take 1 business day, while multi-color and larger products take 2 business days.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

3. Custom Products

• Due to the nature of custom products, returns are only accepted if the product is damaged during shipping. Please inspect your item upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if there are any issues.

• Any modifications to custom designs must be communicated prior to the start of production. Additional fees may apply depending on the requested changes.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We strive to deliver your products within 10-15 business days. However, delivery times may vary based on unforeseen circumstances such as high order volume, shipping carrier delays, customs clearance for international shipments, or material availability.

• Dreams 3D Print is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs clearance procedures.

5. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping fees will be calculated during checkout.

• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. All transactions are processed securely to protect your personal information.

6. Returns and Refunds

• For non-custom products, returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition and free of any signs of intentional damage.

• For custom products, only items damaged during shipping are eligible for return. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.

• Return shipping costs are determined by mutual agreement between the customer and our team.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Dreams 3D Print is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website after such changes signifies your acceptance.
