Standard Products (Non-Customizable):

• You may return or exchange standard products within 30 days from the date of receipt.

• To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• The return shipping cost will be covered by the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

Custom Products:

• Custom-made products (including but not limited to those with personalized colors) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.

• If you receive a damaged or defective custom product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will provide you with a resolution, including a replacement or a full refund.

• Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products due to dissatisfaction with the chosen color or design. Custom colors and designs are made specifically to your order.

How to Process a Return or Exchange:

2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue with the product.

3. If your return or exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

4. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

Important Notes:

• Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product is in its original condition and packaging.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged or altered by the customer.

• We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on sale or during promotional events.
